Vendor FAQ

How much are booth rentals?
  • $2 a sq. ft.
  • 10% commission
  • No other taxes. We have sizes from $20 and up
  • We have floor space, shelving, glass cases, bakers racks, and more types of booths available for rent depending on availability.

Yes, it is a month to month lease. Cancel at anytime. We require a 30 day notice to vacate. 

We limit the number of vendors in each product category to help everyone succeed. This way, you’re not competing with too many others selling the same items.

  • Flea market is $15 per event
  • Farmer’s Market is $10 per event
  • Multiple sign-ups or commitments are not required
